
Video Production Specialist
Position Summary
Deloitte Technology-US Media & Communications, within the Deloitte Technology-US Office of the CIO, is seeking a dedicated U.S.-based Media Producer based in the Hermitage office and media studio located in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will serve as a trusted production partner to the team's lead producer, providing consistent U.S. production coverage for high-priority video productions featuring Deloitte's CEO, Board Chair, CIO, and other senior executive leaders. The role will be responsible for pre-production, field production, interviews, lighting, audio, editing, motion graphics, production logistics, asset management, and independent delivery of defined projects.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical production skills, executive presence, journalistic interviewing capabilities, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to a fast-paced environment where priorities, timelines, and production requirements may change frequently.

Work you'll do
- Serve as a production partner for executive and leadership video projects, providing coverage for the Media team leader and independently managing assigned productions.
- Lead end-to-end video production—from concept and story development through planning, filming, editing, review, and delivery—across studio, office, event, and on-location environments.
- Partner with Media & Communications and technology stakeholders to create compelling content that supports executive messaging, internal communications, organizational priorities, and technology initiatives.
- Prepare executives and interview subjects for on-camera appearances; conduct research-driven interviews using thoughtful questioning, active listening, and effective follow-up.
- Assess locations and manage production requirements, including camera, lighting, audio, teleprompter, power, acoustics, logistics, equipment, vendors, travel, and on-site operations.
- Capture and edit high-quality video using Canon professional equipment, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects, including interviews, events, b-roll, graphics, titles, captions, color correction, audio balancing, and final deliverables.
- Manage media assets and approval workflows, including secure transfer, backup, organization, version control, stakeholder feedback, quality checks, archival, and distribution across internal and external channels.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders by understanding their preferences and working styles, while contributing to production standards, templates, workflow improvements, knowledge sharing, and cross-training across the OCIO Media & Communications team.
- Respond effectively to time-sensitive requests, evolving requirements, and last-minute production changes; perform other duties as assigned.

The team
Deloitte Technology-US Media & Communications enables strategic business value through digital media and communications, advises Deloitte leaders on key initiatives, supports organizational business objectives, provides communications and guidance during periods of crisis or necessity, manages digital technology communications channels, and develops content related to technology projects and emerging technologies.
In this role, you will help bring executive priorities, technology initiatives, and organizational stories to life through high-quality video content shared with Deloitte professionals and other important audiences.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of media production, broadcast, journalism, corporate communications, agency production, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and support video interviews using a journalistic approach, including research, active listening, effective questioning, and follow-up.
- Support the full video production lifecycle, including pre-production, production, interviews, lighting, audio, editing, and final delivery.
- 3+ years working with video production equipment preferably Canon (will consider Nikon, Sony, or equivalent)
- 3+ years recently working in depth with Adobe Suite including but not limited to Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Ability to travel approximately 35% and the flexibility to work outside of standard business hours when necessary
- Ability to lift, carry, load, unload, and transport video equipment cases weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Media Production, Film, Communications, Journalism, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in video production, broadcast, journalism, corporate communications, agency production, or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and C-suite leaders—including CEOs, board members, CIOs, and CTOs—with discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and executive presence.
- Experience producing executive interviews, leadership messages, town halls, internal events, technology demonstrations, and organizational storytelling.
- Proficiency in multi-camera, studio, field, live or near live, and event production workflows, including teleprompter operation.
- Experience with captioning, accessibility standards, color correction, audio mixing, media asset management, and video publishing platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business and technology topics into clear, compelling visual stories within large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong technical and creative portfolio demonstrating capabilities in interviewing, lighting, audio, camera operation, editing, and storytelling.
- Calm, adaptable, and detail-oriented professionals who can manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and occasional early morning, evening, or weekend production needs.
- Ability to work independently and discreetly in executive, office, event, and production environments; respond constructively to feedback; and continuously strengthen technical and creative capabilities.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 to $127,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
