Position Summary:
As an X-Ray Technologist, you will perform diagnostic radiographic examinations that help physicians accurately diagnose and treat patients. You will be responsible for producing high-quality images, adhering to radiation safety standards, and delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
- Process imaging orders and maintain accurate patient records and examination documentation.
- Utilize appropriate imaging techniques and exposure settings to ensure optimal image quality.
- Educate patients on examination procedures and answer questions to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Follow ALARA and Radiation Safety principles to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Ensure all required consents and documentation are completed prior to examinations.

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Active Florida State Radiologic Technologist license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
